It Happened Here is a dystopian film set in Nazi-occupied London during World War II. It follows the story of a medical doctor who becomes entangled in the resistance movement and faces moral dilemmas in a world ruled by the Third Reich. As he witnesses the horrors of Nazi occupation, he must make difficult choices to protect his friends and fight against fascism.

Porky introduces a newsreel of wartime spot gags, including a spoof of the RKO Pictures logo, and caricatures of Jack Benny and Rochester.
