This documentary, filmed entirely by military photographers, recounts the U.S. Navy's 1946-47 expedition to Antarctica, known as Operation High Jump. The expedition was under the overall command of Admiral Richard E. Byrd, no stranger to the Antarctic. This was a large undertaking involving 13 ships and over 4000 thousand men. The fleet departed from Norfolk, Virginia traveling through the Panama canal and then southward to their final destination. The trip through the ice pack was fraught with danger and forced the submarine that was part of the fleet to withdraw. The trip was a success meeting all of its scientific goals.

In this historical drama, a Viking prince returns to his homeland only to learn that his father has been murdered by King Sven of Norway. Sven is forcing his sister to marry in order to create an alliance with the Danes. The prince must defeat Sven and save his sister.

Patricia has always been bullied and her abusive alcoholic of a father was no help either. One night she is assaulted in her apartment. She doesn't see the face of her attacker, but notices a scar on the man's back. Her father, stumbling into the apartment, is killed by the rapist. The police searches for the scarred rapist, without success. Patricia starts looking for her rapist - only to find him, when she least expects it.

A devious fox comes to a small farm and uses flattery to trick the ducks, chickens and roosters into coming with him, supposedly to compete at the County Fair. Dinky is desperate to come along, too, but the fox rejects the little black duck for the same reason all the other farm birds shun him: he's too small. Dinky, however, discovers that the fox has tricked all the birds into his cave. The fox has them caged and plans to roast them in his oven. It's up to the once-despised Dinky to come to the rescue.
