The movie follows Dr. James Kildare, a young intern at Blair General Hospital, who deals with various medical cases and personal challenges. He faces a false accusation, a childhood sweetheart, and a mysterious skin cancer case. With the help of his mentor, Dr. Leonard Gillespie, Dr. Kildare strives to solve the medical mysteries and prove his innocence.
