Dr. Kildare's friend Dr. Gillespie is called in to investigate when a young man suffering from mental problems disappears on a killing spree.

The movie follows Dr. James Kildare, a young intern at Blair General Hospital, who deals with various medical cases and personal challenges. He faces a false accusation, a childhood sweetheart, and a mysterious skin cancer case. With the help of his mentor, Dr. Leonard Gillespie, Dr. Kildare strives to solve the medical mysteries and prove his innocence.

Gillespie has to finally choose his official assistant, or Red and Lee are going to kill themselves in competition. So, it's another diagnosis competition. But when Red needs Lee's help, will either one live with Gillespie's choice?
