Operation Odessa is a true-crime documentary that follows the story of a Russian immigrant who becomes involved in a major cocaine trafficking operation. The documentary explores his connections with the Cali Cartel, the Russian mafia, and the DEA, as well as the role of a Russian submarine in the operation.
