The Army herds the residents of the Green Zone into safe rooms, but Don attacks the crowd and spreads the virus. Andy escapes through an air vent. Scarlett and Tammy make it into a storehouse with a few others and plan to escape the city with the help of a friendly helicopter pilot. They make it to a park and rest, then continue their journey to Wembley Stadium, where they will meet the pilot and fly to safety. They dodge the infected and soldiers killing the infected, until they are separated on the way to the stadium. Don appears and kills Scarlet, but Tammy shoots him and saves Andy. The children meet the pilot, who flies them across the English Channel to safety. However, the virus has now been transported off the British island, posing a new threat to humanity.
