In 1888 London, Inspector Abberline investigates a series of Jack the Ripper-style murders, uncovering a sinister conspiracy involving the government. As the girls of Whitechapel are hunted down one by one, Abberline becomes personally involved and must fight to uncover the truth and save those he cares about.
