Po is gearing up to become the spiritual leader of his Valley of Peace, but also needs someone to take his place as Dragon Warrior. As such, he will train a new kung fu practitioner for the spot and will encounter a villain called the Chameleon who conjures villains from the past.

Po, the Dragon Warrior, must face two threats: one supernatural, when an ancient ally turned enemy returns from the Spirit Realm to claim the chi of every warrior; and the other a little closer to home, as he meets his long-lost father and discovers his own true identity.

The stories explore themes of youth, love, and nostalgia, capturing the experiences and emotions of young people as they navigate through life. From the bustling streets of Shanghai to the tranquil countryside of Guangzhou, these stories depict the beauty and struggles of growing up and finding one's place in the world.

The film is partly a parody of The Goodwill Court, a popular radio problem hosted by advice-dispenser "Mr. Anthony". The host of a "What's your problem?" radio hour tries to smooth the romantic path of singer Rich Cleveland (Haymes) and his socialite wife Penelope (Lynn Merrick). The fly in the ointment is Dena Marshall (Janis Carter), who has set her sights on the handsome Rich.
