Mickey throws Pluto a string of sausages; he dives after them, and comes up with an angry octopus instead, who crashes into the picnic. Everyone fights the octopus, and Mickey finally manages to send it out to sea by throwing an anchor like a lasso.

Merbabies is a 1938 animated short film that takes place underwater and follows a group of adorable baby mermaids as they play and perform in a lively circus-like environment. Through magical materializations and dematerializations, they encounter various sea creatures like pufferfish, snails, starfish, and even a cartoon whale. The film showcases their adventures, including a sneeze that creates chaos, a seahorse race, and a hula dance performed by a mermaid. Join the Merbabies in this whimsical journey under the sea!

Porky Pig goes fishing. It's not quite the outing he anticipated.

The Crocadero nightclub. Porky has his diploma from the Sucker Correspondence School of music, and has dreams of being a bandleader, but he's broke. He gets a job at the club washing dishes. His boss mistakes Porky going after a fly for loafing and fires him. His bandleaders don't show, and he brings Porky back to impersonate several famous bandleaders.

A cartoonist falls asleep at the drawing board and into the clutches of his own villains, until Beans the Cat comes to the rescue.

Porky Pig owns a fish store and goes out to lunch. After a cat is not having much success with a mouse, he goes into the fish store when Porky is away. When the cat thinks he has the good appetite, the fish go to war against him and drive him out of the store. He is then freaked out by the mouse and shrinks as the mouse grows.

Porky sets sail for the Boola-Boola islands in the South Seas with a ship full of general merchandise and plans to open a 5 & 10 cent store. But a swordfish cuts a hole in the ship and Porky's goods fall into the ocean, where the fish make creative uses of them, ultimately opening a Hollywood nightclub, complete with fish impersonating various stars.

The doctor prescribes a relaxing day at the beach for Mr. Bang, who is overstressed. But the beach is anything but relaxing.
