Papi Chulo is a comedy-drama film that tells the story of a lonely TV weatherman in Los Angeles who forms an unlikely friendship with a Mexican laborer. The weatherman, struggling with loneliness and depression after a recent breakup, hires the laborer to paint his deck. As the two spend more time together, they form a bond that helps them both find comfort and support in their lives.
