In Crawlspace, a psychopathic killer, who is also a war criminal, terrorizes the inhabitants of an apartment building. The mute woman living in the building becomes his primary target as he hides in the crawlspace and spies on his victims. As the tension rises, the residents must find a way to escape the clutches of this deranged murderer.

When a robbery takes place in town, Deputy Droopy must use his wits and unique skills to catch the criminals and restore order. With hilarious antics and surreal situations, Droopy faces various challenges including attempting to break into a safe, stepping on a nail, and dealing with a malfunctioning hearing aid. Through it all, Droopy remains determined to protect the town and bring the outlaws to justice.
