A.Rama Raju, an officer in the Indian Imperial Police, and Bheem unite to save a boy from a train wreck, sparking a friendship between the two. Together, they defy the colonial authorities, ignite a rebellion, and execute Scott. In the end, Bheem asks Raju to provide education to him and his community.
Mr. Gray is the new Resident in Charge of the Welcome Islands in the Indian Ocean.
