Roger Dearly, an American video game designer living in London, shares his home with his pet dalmatian Pongo. One day, Pongo sets his eyes on a beautiful female Dalmatian named Perdy. After a chase through the streets of London, Roger and Pongo discover that Perdy likes Pongo. Perdy's owner, fashion designer Anita Campbell-Green, is taken with Roger, and romance blossoms between both human and canine couples. Anita works as a fashion designer at the House of de Vil, where her boss, Cruella de Vil, has a passion for fur. Cruella decides to make garments out of actual Dalmatians and offers to buy the 15 puppies born to Perdy. The couple refuses, and Cruella becomes enraged. She has her henchmen steal the puppies and deliver them to her estate. With the help of other dogs and animals in London, the puppies manage to escape to a farm where their parents are waiting. Cruella tries to retrieve them but ends up getting arrested. The family adopts the other Dalmatians Cruella had stolen, bringing the total to 101, and they move to the English countryside with their millions.
