A group of friends decide to go on a snowy adventure in West Virginia, but they get more than they bargained for when they stumble upon an abandoned mental hospital. As they explore the creepy institution, they come face to face with a brutal mutant named Three Finger who is hell-bent on killing them. They must fight for their lives and find a way to escape the deranged brute.

Follows a struggling golf course that suffers a string of caddy murders at the paws of pesticide-mutated gofers, while the greedy owner of the facility tries to cover up the carnage and an unhinged groundskeeper wages all-out war on the vicious vermin.
