Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, discovers that vampires are planning to take over the United States. In order to prevent this, he embarks on a mission to hunt and eliminate the vampires. With the help of his mentor, Henry Sturgess, Lincoln learns the ways of vampire hunting and acquires the necessary skills and knowledge. He forms relationships along the way, including a romantic one with Mary Todd, but is faced with the challenges of betrayals and personal losses. Lincoln successfully defeats the vampire leader, Adam, and his army with the use of silver weapons. In the end, Lincoln is warned about an impending assassination but chooses not to become a vampire to continue the fight against them.
