When a group of people find themselves aboard a seemingly abandoned ship, they soon discover that the ship is haunted and their lives are in danger.
In medieval Italy, a prince holds a luxurious masquerade ball in his abbey while a deadly plague ravages the land. As the partygoers indulge in their revelries, a cloaked figure representing the Red Death crashes the event and brings death and destruction to all. The prince, obsessed with defying mortality, tries to escape the horrors but soon realizes that he cannot outrun his own fate.
Justiina pushes Pekka and Pätkä to take painting lessons after realizing that art can be a way to earn a living. With the help of the yard children, a painting is created that wins first prize at a contemporary art exhibition. In the meantime, the men, along with their assistant Miss Kaihokielo, have been charged with art theft. After the misunderstanding is cleared up, the Puupääs use the art prize money to convert the house's bomb shelter into a children's clubroom.
