During an archaeological expedition on Bouvetøya Island in Antarctica, a team of scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between Aliens and Predators. As they explore an ancient pyramid, they inadvertently awaken an Alien queen and become trapped. With the help of a lone Predator, the surviving humans must fight to escape as the Aliens multiply. They discover that the Predators have been visiting Earth for centuries, using humans as hosts for the Aliens in a hunt. The survivors must ensure the Predators succeed in their hunt to prevent the Aliens from spreading further.

In the small town of Derry, Maine, a group of friends on a hunting trip find themselves facing an otherworldly threat when a snowstorm traps them in a cabin. As they struggle to stay alive, they discover that the alien creatures are infecting the townspeople, turning them into violent and dangerous beings. With the help of a mysterious colonel and their childhood friend, they must find a way to stop the infection before it spreads and destroy the alien menace.

As an Earthling crew of astronauts lose control, and crash land onto the warring planet of Skallor, housing alien races known as the "Protectons" and "Terracores." Huge war robots, the Robotix, are used to re-animate the souls of the deceased alien races. As several of the astronaut crew stray towards evil-doing, the good members use the help of the Robotix to help them get back to Earth.
