A young couple, Ruth and Harry, embark on a remote backpacking trip through the Pacific Northwest. As they explore the woods, they encounter strange events and discover that the place is not what it seems. Ruth realizes that her boyfriend Harry has been replaced by an alien imposter. With the help of her love for Harry, Ruth manages to escape and defeat the alien. However, the alien invasion is imminent, and as Ruth drives away, red objects fall from the sky.
This is an extremely rare example of science fiction, Hong Kong style, but, fittingly, it's unlike any sci-fi flick you've ever seen. Alien abductions, suicide pacts, superstardom, and the reality of science fiction itself is spotlighted in this bright, crazy, truly out of this world epic -- one of the more unusual movies in the Hong Kong cinema of the early 1980s. And if you know 80's Hong Kong cinema at all, you know that's really saying something!
A meteor containing the souls of billions of alien predators crashes on Earth. The alien ruler who encased the evil souls in the meteor sends his top warrior to Earth to find the meteor before his evil rival finds it and uses it to destroy Earth.
