Lulli is a Brazilian medical student who can read minds. She starts her internship at a hospital where she discovers the secrets and challenges of the medical profession. Along the way, she navigates her own love life and explores the complexities of being an LGBT individual in Brazil.

The series takes place in Rio de Janeiro and portrays the difficulties (perrengues) of the daily lives of Pérola, Miguel and Cadu, inseparable friends since adolescence.

Apnea presents a week in the life of Chris and her friends. Chris does not want to sleep.
