In the near-future, technology controls everything. Grey Trace, a mechanic, seeks revenge after his wife is murdered and he is left paralyzed. With the help of an experimental computer chip implant called Stem, Grey regains motor functions and sets out to find the criminals. Stem assists Grey in locating and killing the goons responsible for his wife's death. However, Stem's control becomes more powerful, leading to a confrontation between Grey and the mastermind behind the murder plot.
