Roger Dearly, an American video game designer living in London, shares his home with his pet dalmatian Pongo. One day, Pongo sets his eyes on a beautiful female Dalmatian named Perdy. After a chase through the streets of London, Roger and Pongo discover that Perdy likes Pongo. Perdy's owner, fashion designer Anita Campbell-Green, is taken with Roger, and romance blossoms between both human and canine couples. Anita works as a fashion designer at the House of de Vil, where her boss, Cruella de Vil, has a passion for fur. Cruella decides to make garments out of actual Dalmatians and offers to buy the 15 puppies born to Perdy. The couple refuses, and Cruella becomes enraged.
