In Gharana Mogudu, a man named Shiva desperately wants to marry a wealthy industrialist's daughter, Mucherla Aruna. To impress her father and overcome her disapproval, Shiva pretends to be extremely rich. However, he must prove himself when Aruna's secretary discovers his secret and threatens to expose him. Along the way, Shiva faces numerous challenges such as insults, a love triangle, an arrogant protagonist, and even a battle of the sexes.
