Bad Candy is set in the fictional Halloween night of 2020. It follows local Halloween stories of both myth and lessons learned in the community of New Salem. With its annual Psychotronic FM Halloween show, re-enactment radio DJs Chilly Billy and Paul weave the tales of the supernatural of years gone by. In this small town it's a grimy ending for most, but will a few good souls survive?

A group of college students decide to conduct an experiment where they try to prove the existence of demonic possession. They find a possessed man and bring him to an abandoned house to perform the experiment. As the experiment progresses, the man becomes increasingly violent and dangerous, posing a threat to everyone involved. They must find a way to stop the possession before it unleashes chaos and death.

Two young men journey across the U.S.A to honor one's mother by spreading her ashes at monuments she always dreamed of visiting. Along the way they encounter interesting characters and dangerous situations that force them to question their own character and their life-long friendship. Marital strife, jail time, car chases, old secrets and a demolition derby all threaten to derail their trip and their lives.
