Bholaa, a recently released prisoner, is recruited by SP Diana Joseph to help transport sedated police officers and a stash of confiscated drugs to a secure location. Along the way, they are attacked by various gangs and must defend themselves against the drug cartel trying to free their leader's brother. As Bholaa fights to protect the officers and fulfill his national duty, he also seeks to be reunited with his daughter. With the help of Diana and a group of students, they successfully fend off the attackers and destroy the cartel. Bholaa, finally reunited with his daughter, drives off happily into the sunset.

Inspired by true incidents, 'Runway 34' follows Captain Vikrant Khanna, a flying prodigy, who faces the challenge of landing his flight safely during a cyclone, leading to a heroic act but also an inquiry.
