Johnnie is a foreman of a construction crew. On the outside he seems very "normal" and straight, but one evening we see him putting on makeup and a feather boa and going out for a night in the city.

Exiled is a movie that tells the story of a Northern Ireland emigrant who gets caught up in a web of gun-running, extramarital affairs, and underground activities in Queens, New York City. The protagonist, an Irish-American, is torn between loyalty to the Irish Republican Army (IRA) and his own desires. The movie explores themes of infidelity, family relationships, and the consequences of living a double life.
