This movie is about violence in Colombia.

Chronicle of life in a typical Colombian village where residents and visitors alike are induced by the soporific climate to lead lives of indolence. Not even the sight of cadavers floating in the river can shock them.

A good boy from the province attracts the attention of the town's saints for his virtues, sweetness and calm willingness to collaborate with others. They decide to join forces to send him to the seminary with a view to a future and brilliant priesthood. His behavior, however, will be more that of an imp than that of the apparent little angel.

A mafia gang tries to get some until a pretty lady appears to ruin their plans.
