In a post-apocalyptic future Earth, after a nuclear explosion turned people into mutants and zombies, a group of survivors including a super-soldier and a troma fanatic goes on a mission to save humanity while facing violence, gore, and absurdism in a neo-1980s setting.

Zeca is a loser. He lives with his grandmother and works as an exterminator. One day, while working, Zeca has an accident which will spawn the meanest, most horrible monster ever.
