Young and rich executive living in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, leaves his wife and kids behind and goes to Porto Seguro, Bahia, to try and live as a fisherman with his mistress.

Focusing on aerial and terrestrial scenes, it shows the urbanization of Barra da Tijuca, in Rio de Janeiro, according to a project by urban planner Lucio Costa and architect Oscar Niemeyer.

A film regarding the works, the studios and the performances of Abrahan Palatnik, Antonio Dias, Carlos Vergara, Glauco Rodrigues, Helio Oiticica, Ligia Pape, Lygia Clark, Pedro Escosteguy, Rubens Gerchman, Tomoshige Kusuno, Wesley Duke Lee, and the São Paulo 9th Bienal of Art.
