Filled with every canine pun or dog related location, this is a short comedy with a plot revolving around a Dr Bob Martin who ingests a canine serum he's been working on which causes him to turn into a six foot dog that walks on its hind legs. He commits various minor crimes like stealing sasages etc which due to the descriptions of the prepetrator attract the attention of the Metropolitan Police who eventually start to track him down.

The embittered ex-agent combines forces with another operative to deliver a top Russian secret police official for a price. Before he can deliver the Russian, a trail of corpses and double crosses changes his plans. When his partner who concocted the scheme is murdered, MacLean returns the check to the CIA. They offer him his old job back, but the proud man refuses.
