It is a love story where a tourist guide Akash falls in love with a halfwit rich girl Irani who is out on vacation with her college friends. Irani hates him initially but gradually falls in love with him. Irani's maternal uncle eyes her wealth and plans to get her married to his relative who is a criminal but love wins at last.

An officer of National Investigation Agency, Arvind Singh, investigates the chit funds scams of West Bengal. People are being misguided by these fraudulent schemes. This huge amount of money from the common people is used to finance films. Mr. Raman is a freedom fighter who goes all out to get rid of this menace to society.
