Mykyta Kravčenko is a Ukrainian filmmaker, photographer, and artist. He was born in Donetsk, Ukraine in 2004. In the summer of 2014, when he was ten, due to the military invasion of Russian occupation forces in Donetsk, he and his family were forced to move to Kyiv, where he entered a secondary school. There, he worked as a photographer in such institutions as Goethe Institut Prague, the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic, and others. He also did professional videography on different events and even got some experience in VFX, working at Dazzle Pictures post-production studio. After the US government created an immigration program for Ukrainian refugees in April 2022, Mykyta took the opportunity and moved to the suburbs of Washington DC, where he worked as a freelance filmmaker and did an internship at DC-Camera rental house.
