Il Barbiere di Siviglia is a comedic opera based on the play by Pierre Beaumarchais. It tells the story of Count Almaviva who falls in love with Rosina, the ward of Dr. Bartolo. With the help of the barber Figaro, Almaviva tries to win Rosina's heart and outsmart Bartolo.
