The tribulations of Maxim, who’s trying to rebuild his love life, and the trials of Livia, who’s trying to find herself. Although the young girl’s adolescent angst often clashes with her father’s middle-age crisis, they remain inseparable. Max realizes that Livia is growing up fast and starts doing everything he can to make up for lost time.

On a cold winter's day in 1940, Jules and his family move to live with his uncle, mayor of a settler's village in northern Quebec. He is banned from school because of his rare skin disease. From that moment on, his greatest wish is to be cured. When his dog Spark runs away into the wild forest, Jules has no choice but to look for him. On his way, he meets Asha, a mysterious young indigenous girl. Together, they venture to the other side of the forest, where nature reveals itself full of life and secrets.

To commemorate the passing of their beloved father, four brothers very much at odds congregate for one final week at their summer house in the Magdalen Islands. As they bid their final goodbyes, the four brothers revisit their past joys and hardships as each one of them struggles to give meaning to their very different lives.

Along with his neighbour and two agents specializing in paranormal phenomena, Marc-André and Mirah attempt to avert the danger to his life.
