Baby picks up Debora, but Buddy ambushes them, resulting in Doc's death. In a parking garage, Buddy corners Baby and temporarily deafens him. Debora disarms Buddy, and Baby shoots him. Baby and Debora flee Atlanta, but Baby surrenders at a police roadblock to protect her. Baby is sentenced to prison but receives postcards from Debora and is released, finding her waiting for him.
