Corações Feridos is a Brazilian telenovela that aired on SBT from January 16 to May 23, 2012. It is a remake of the Mexican telenovela La Mentira written and adapted by Íris Abravanel, based on the original by Caridad Bravo Adams and directed by Del Rangel.

The Brazilian version of the worldwide successful format “Strictly Come Dancing/Dancing With the Stars” that sees celebrities, paired up with professional dancers, performing dance routines which are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts and voted on by viewers.

Maria da Graça Xuxa Meneghel, about to celebrate her 60th birthday and more than 40 years in the business, looks back at all the important moments in her life and career. Successes and disappointments, fights and love, she retraces her entire trajectory.

Manuela (Nathalia Dill) is a beach volleyball teacher, determined, objective and self-confident, always ready for fight. She never guided her happiness to a relationship and never planned to get married. But one day, an unexpected encounter takes place and she meets Leo (Marcos Veras), a successful, charismatic, extremely seductive, although very romantic, pediatrician. The two fall in love and start living a life together, but a disagreement cause their separation. During the fights and moments of nostalgia, and with the help of the manipulative Esther (Totia Meirelles), Manuela's mother, they will find out why they are inseparable.
