Maria Joana, a methodical girl, irritated by her friends' expectations of her virginity, decides during a party to kill her curiosity and lose her virginity to Duda, a boy already used to these expectations.

A team of young filmmakers wants to better understand the aging process. So they try to find elderly people who live in a nursing home. Broken expectations and a lack of connection with the chosen location lead the documentary to a different reality of ageing.

Luísa, a professional photographer, lives her life normally with Júlia, her girlfriend and inspirational muse, until one day they have an argument that ends with Júlia's death. Luísa spends the next day thinking about what happened and feeling guilty. After all, was it herself or Luísa who killed Júlia?
