The Long, Long Holiday is an animated TV show that takes place during World War II in the French countryside. It follows the journey of a brother and sister who find themselves separated from their parents and sent to live with their grandparents in Normandy. As they adapt to their new surroundings and navigate the challenges of the war, they learn important lessons of family, friendship, and bravery.

A teacher is suspected of engaging in a 'special relationship' with a pupil. When said pupil disappears, the rumour gains momentum. Especially because two years earlier, another of the teacher's teenage pupils also disappeared.
