Thirteen year-old André and his father make a living drilling wells for water in the desolate region of Alentejo. When his father suddenly disappears, André turns to Sandra, the only neighbor for miles, as his only chance of finding him.

A man who grew up in the '80s, in the midst of the pirate-radio scene, works now at a big, modern radio station, but still holds on to his love for a mysterious female lead singer of a now long gone band. He sets himself to start another pirate-radio, now unlegalized, trying to find her.

Video Surveillance is a dark comedy about a dysfunctional family who becomes obsessed with monitoring every aspect of their lives through video cameras. As the family members start to lose touch with reality, their lives become intertwined with the lives of their neighbors and the local police. With a mix of humor and drama, this movie explores themes of privacy, voyeurism, and the consequences of obsession.
