The Kuznetsov-Sayko family lives in the provincial town of Tetyushev: Olesya (21 years old, an art college student), her mother Elena (45 years old, head of the supply department at a construction company) and grandmother Iraida Stepanovna (65 years old, a performer of romances and folk songs at the local philharmonic).

In Servant of the People 2, a former high school teacher named Vasyl Holoborodko becomes unexpectedly elected as the President of Ukraine. With his unorthodox methods and love for his country, Vasyl faces the challenges of corruption and bureaucracy head-on, leading to hilarious situations and unexpected turns of events.

The film tells the story of a Ukrainian woman who has lived in occupation for 10 years, where not only has her brain been completely washed, but she has also become a preacher of sick ideas and fakes about Ukraine herself. According to the plot, due to unforeseen circumstances, the heroine ends up in Western Ukraine, where reality turns her world upside down.
