Yomeddine follows the journey of a middle-aged man named Beshay and a young orphan boy named Obama, both of whom suffer from leprosy. After spending their entire lives in a leper colony, Beshay decides to embark on a road trip across Egypt in search of his long-lost family. Together, they encounter various obstacles and make unexpected connections along the way.
