In the Arizona desert, an archaeologist unwittingly becomes a werewolf after stumbling upon an ancient Indian burial ground. As the full moon approaches, he struggles with his transformation and encounters a female werewolf. The small town of Flagstaff is soon plagued by lycanthropy, and a doctor must find a way to stop the werewolf curse.
