Watcher (2022)

Julia, an American actress, moves to Bucharest with her husband. She becomes fearful when she notices a man watching her from an apartment window, and her fear intensifies as she learns about a serial killer in the area. Julia befriends her neighbor, follows the man to a strip club, and discovers the decapitated body of her neighbor. When Julia confronts the man, he attacks her, but she manages to kill him. She is covered in blood when her husband finds her.
