In the year 2003, a young reporter named Hiroshi is covering the Venus Wars, a fictional war set on the planet Venus. As the gangs and corporations battle for dominance, Hiroshi becomes involved with a group of resistance fighters. He rides a motorcycle, smokes cigarettes, and witnesses the destruction caused by the war. Will Hiroshi be able to survive and help bring peace to Venus?
