A snobbish investor and a wily street con artist find their positions reversed as part of a bet by two callous millionaires. The snobbish investor is fired from his job, his bank accounts are frozen, and he is left homeless and penniless. He seeks help from the street hustler, who is now living his former life of luxury. Together, they plan to take revenge on the millionaires by disrupting their plan to corner the market on frozen orange juice. In the end, they succeed in obtaining a forgery of a secret report, make a huge profit, and leave the millionaires bankrupt.
