The Water Babies (1978)

The Water Babies is a live-action and animated hybrid movie set in Victorian England. The story follows a young boy named Tom, who works as a chimney sweep. When he encounters an evil chimney sweep and his guardian, Tom is transformed into a water baby and transported to an underwater world. Along with his new friends - a polar bear, a penguin, and an otter - Tom embarks on a mission to save the other water babies from the grasp of an evil shark.
