The Toxic Avenger (1984)

A nerdy janitor named Melvin Ferd is tormented by his coworkers at the Tromaville Health Club. After falling into a vat of toxic waste, he transforms into a hideously deformed creature with incredible strength and a strong sense of justice. Taking on the mantle of The Toxic Avenger, he sets out to clean up Tromaville by brutally punishing criminals and corrupt officials. Along the way, he finds love with a blind girl and faces off against a sadistic serial killer. The Toxic Avenger is a darkly comic and gory superhero satire.
