The Tomb (2009)

A college professor in Russia becomes obsessed with finding a way to achieve eternal life. He descends into a downward spiral of madness and begins conducting dangerous medical experiments. As his obsession grows, he becomes willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goal, including murder. His actions awaken a malevolent spirit and unleash a series of terrifying events.
