In the year 1984, a group of Russian scientists venture into an underground facility in the arctic polar circle region to find a vaccine for a mysterious disease caused by fungus spores. However, they soon get trapped in the facility and the situation escalates into a horrifying battle for survival against parasites and body horror. As they struggle to find a way out, they uncover dark secrets and must confront their own reflections in their journey to escape the superdeep.
