During the Christmas season, a young lawyer named Kate is tasked with selling an old inn in Vermont. However, she soon discovers that the inn is haunted by the ghost of Daniel, who died 95 years ago. As Kate spends more time with Daniel, she falls in love with him and learns about his past. Together, they must find a way to break the curse that keeps Daniel trapped in the inn and find happiness during the holidays.
