Sutter Keely, a high school senior known for his partying lifestyle, meets Aimee, a shy and reserved girl. As they spend time together, Sutter starts to fall for Aimee, but his commitment to their relationship is tested when he continues to have contact with his ex-girlfriend Cassidy. Sutter's reckless behavior and refusal to confront his troubled past further strains their relationship. After a near-fatal accident, Sutter realizes the need to change and reunites with Aimee.
