A hypnotist at an amusement park discovers that his assistant is the reincarnation of a prehistoric sea creature. As he becomes obsessed with her, he uses his psychic powers to control her and unleash the creature within her. The creature goes on a murderous rampage, leading to a love triangle and a battle between good and evil.
